4. Open the editable PDF-file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Free download: www.get.adobe.com/reader.

5. Select the text you would like to edit. Then Mac users, press [Cmd-E], PC users, press [Ctrl-E] to be able to edit the font, style, size or color. Only highlighted text is editable; other design elements are locked. A detailed instruction guide will be provided.

6. Print the files at home or at a print shop.

There are two main options for printing our printables.

PRINT AT HOME

You can use your own printer at home to print the items. To get the best quality, make sure to set your printer settings to the highest quality. We recommend to print on a matte card stock with a paper weight between 100-110 lb, as it signifies a mark of quality (please check the maximum paper weight your printer accepts). Our black and white items can be printed on kraft paper to give it a rustic look (colors change to a darker, more dull color when printed on kraft paper).

PRINT AT A PRINT SHOP

If you prefer professional-quality prints or don’t have a suitable printer at home, you can take your files to a local print shop. Some popular print shops include FedEx Office, UPS Store, Staples, and Office Depot/OfficeMax. You can also search online for local independent print shops in your area. When using a print shop, discuss any specific requirements or preferences you have regarding paper type, finishing options (e.g., lamination), and quantity.
