When and how will I receive my instant download?
Within minutes of your order and payment, an e-mail will be sent to the address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link for your download. You can also find the link through Etsy: Go to 'You' - 'Purchases and reviews'. There you will be able to download your files by clicking on the 'Download Files' button (only visible on a desktop computer or a laptop).
Can I get my instant downloadable files in other sizes than listed?
Unfortunately, due to a lack of time, we do not take on any new custom orders at the moment. However, you can always contact us to see if we have a spot available!
How do I access and edit my JetTemplate template?
After purchase, you will receive an access email from JetTemplate to access the files and edit the templates. If you haven't received the email, you can access your account in the following way: https://jettemplate.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005978480-I-don-t-have-access-to-my-email.
Easily edit colors, wording, font type, font size, font color, line and text spacing, and more right in your browser! After editing, save, and download in PDF or JPG format.

What paper should I use and where do I find it?
Our printables are formatted to be printed on any 8.5" x 11" or A4 sheet. We recommend a matte card stock with a paper weight between 100-110 lb, as it signifies a mark of quality (please check the maximum paper weight your printer accepts). You can find really nice card stock at papersource.com and envelopments.com.

What if I need the text in a different language?
Most of our templates are editable, so you can change the text to the language of your preference. If you are interested in a product that is not editable, please contact me for options.
Can you create a custom order for me?
Yes, we'd love to! We look on a case by case basis if your custom request is something we can do for you and if it fits in our schedule, so please don't hesitate to message us with your ideas.
Our average fee per custom design is €19.99. The price we charge for your custom order might be higher or lower depending on the amount of work we have to do.
What is your procedure for custom work?
Our procedure for custom work would be as follows. Once we receive your confirmation and info for the custom work, we will make you a custom listing. After purchase, we will start designing. We will send you a proof within 3 business days, which can be changed twice if you desire it (every revision after that will be € 3.00). After your approval for the final design, we will e-mail you the file(s) as soon as we can.
Our average fee per custom design is €19.99. The price we charge for your custom order might be higher or lower depending on the amount of work we have to do. We look on a case by case basis if your custom request is something we can do and if it fits in our schedule, so please don't hesitate to message us with your wishes.
When I message you with a question or a custom order request when can I expect a response?
We try our very best to respond to all messages within 72 hours and answer messages on a first come, first served basis. Aspen Woods Studios will be open 7 days a week for orders, but for correspondence you can reach us Monday - Friday from 9.00 - 18.00 CET as we’ll be spending the evening and weekend with our family.
What is your term of use?
By purchasing, you agree that you have read the item description carefully. All of our items are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not redistribute, resell or share the files. You may not print the design and sell the printed version.
Are all of your products editable?
No, not all of our products are editable. Some items are editable in JetTemplate, some in Adobe Acrobat Reader and some are not editable at all. Please look at the photos and read the listing description carefully to see if and how the item is editable.
